Beauty and the Beast
Last year my son Zach was in The Music Man. I did head shots for the cast and crew and it’s been going ever since! I did the head shots for Sartell High Schools Guys and Dolls last April and I just photographed the Sartell Middle School production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast (along with doing their head shots). The last dress rehearsal parents are invited in to take pictures and you can come right up to the stage to shoot if you would like. It was definitely a challenge as the light was constantly changing. Thank goodness for our prime lenses or I would have missed shots like the first one in this series. In one hour Peter and I shot almost 3,000 photos! My poor camera almost went on strike after that. But the end result was totally worth it- almost 300 photos to share with the cast, crew and parents. I can’t wait for the senior high production!
